I had an ulcer under my tongue that was extremely painful. I was quite apprehensive about getting it removed with the laser. Dr. Spurlock removed it and it was completely painless! Within 24 hours the ulcer was completely gone. I would recommend the laser treatment to anyone. Dr. Spurlock did a wonderful job!

Great service, friendly staff...who said going to the dentist was no fun! My business was located in downtown Pensacola so I used a dentist close to my office for convenience. My wife and I live in Pace and she has used A.D.C. for years. I have since relocated my business to Milton and was able to finally find out myself that she was right. I should have made the change years ago.

Dr. Spurlock removed all four of my wisdom teeth, this was soooo easy and PAINLESS!!!!! The whole visit took a little over an hour and I was back home resting and feeling ready to go by the next afternoon. If you need your wisdom teeth removed you want Dr. Spurlock at Advanced Dental Concepts.

I was having tooth problems. Called my dentist Wednesday. Appointment Thursday for consultation. Went back Friday in pain. They were closed on Friday. Anticipated pain for the whole weekend. Happened by Advanced Dental Concepts by chance on the way home. They were open. It was about 10am. Friendliest group of people. Dr. Spurlock looked at my situation. We discussed it. He was very knowledgeable and presented options. Decided extraction would be best. By noon I was home (less offending tooth). The weekend was much more pleasant thanks to him and his group. Needless to say, I am changing dentist. I would definitely recommend him.

When I moved here six years ago, I had a problem the first week with my teeth. After calling several dentists, I finally called Dr. Spurlock and even though he was booked completely for the day, he worked me in and replaced a veneer for me. He then became my permanent dentist.
I recently decided to replace my veneers of 10 years with porcelain crowns. I wasn�t happy with the shape of my front teeth and they seemed to have lost their shine. Dr. Spurlock and his team replaced the veneers withcrowns. He added some length to my two front teeth and made sure every tooth was exactly like I wanted them. His team was great about giving me their honest opinion in deciding what looked best for me. The whole experience was so easy and now I love my teeth and my smile. Everywhere I go someone is always telling me how beautiful my teeth are. This has really done wonders for my self esteem. Besides doing such great dental work, the feeling of caring about you is a great quality with everyone there.

I have always been afraid of the dentist. I did not have the opportunity to visit one until I was 21 years old and pregnant. I did not have dental coverage as a child. I guess you could say my fear is the fear of the unknown. Dr. Spurlock and his staff did a great job at re-assuring me and walking me through each procedure that I had. (Which, there were many.) I had eleven teeth pulled or cut out at one time and had no pain or complications afterwards. I now have beautiful teeth and a great smile. I always reply to others when they make that same comment, "that I love to go to the dentist now and I owe it to them." Thanks a bunch.

Had a WONDERFUL experience when I took my 3year old, Daylin, to see Dr Forrest. She had knocked out her front tooth and I was very concerned. The doctor, tech, and office staff were all so pleasant and eager to help. The amount of sensitivity and compassion that was expressed for me and my daughter was overwhelming. My entire family now uses Advanced Dental Concepts and would highly recommend anyone of all ages to do th same.

I have visited Advanced Dental Concept numerous times over the past several years. Although I am not the bravest patient, I have always been met with patience and understanding from the staff. I don't live very close to this office, however; it is certainly worth the trip. On my last visit, not only did I get the work done that was needed, but I also got the bleach whitening treatment. Dr Spurlock is the best dentist I have ever seen. Cracked a filling yesterday, I was able to get in, get it fixed and back out in less than a hour. As always his awesome staff was courteous and helpful. I gladly pay the out of network costs to continue seeing him.
